This pharmacy's older analogue-style cameras were long overdue for replacement.

We replaced them with an 8-camera CCTV installation and set up custom detection zones for the pharmacy's layout. The photos show the older equipment and the replacement cameras.

The pharmacy now records eight camera views on the new system, with detection zones set for its layout.

A move to a new property brought together structured CAT6 cabling and a 22RU rack for the home network, recording equipment and servers.

The cabinet holds a PDU, UniFi UNVR, UDM-SE router, two 24-port patch panels, an Enterprise 48 switch, servers and UPS backup. Labelled patching connects the room cabling to the rack.

The network, recording and servers now sit in one labelled cabinet with UPS backup, so each room's connection can be traced from its wall outlet to the patch panel.

Video Doorbell & Intercom Installation

A Ubiquiti G4 Pro PoE doorbell and matching PoE chime were installed at this entrance.

The doorbell and chime use wired network connections, so the Ethernet cable route, power source and compatibility of the exact doorbell and chime were checked before installation.

Visitors are greeted by a custom message on the doorbell display, and the chime rings over the same wired network without batteries to charge.
